When our engineer arrives for a service visit, they begin with a visual inspection of the entire system — checking the control panel for stored faults, inspecting detectors and call points for physical damage, and verifying that all signage and emergency lighting is in order. They then proceed to carry out functional tests using calibrated test equipment.
All service visits are recorded in your fire alarm logbook. We use BAFE SP203-1 compliant documentation and issue an independent inspection certificate that can be presented to your insurer, local fire authority or building management company.
