A Sure Alarms fire alarm maintenance visit includes: visual inspection of all detection devices, call points and sounders; functional testing of a rotating sample of detectors (at least 25% per visit to cover all devices annually); battery condition testing; panel fault investigation; cleaning of detectors; firmware checks and updates where applicable; and a full written service report.
For commercial clients, we provide a logbook-compliant service record that satisfies fire risk assessment requirements and can be presented to insurers, fire authorities and HSE inspectors.
