What Our CCTV Maintenance Includes
Our annual CCTV maintenance visit includes: cleaning of all camera lenses and housings; verification of recording quality and frame rates; NVR/DVR hard drive health check; review and update of firmware; testing of remote viewing connectivity; inspection of all cable connections and junction boxes; and a written service report.
For commercial clients with insurance or licensing requirements (such as licensed premises under the Licensing Act 2003), we provide a compliance service report documenting the operational status of the system and any recommendations.
Emergency Call-Out Service
Maintenance contract clients receive priority same-day call-out response for system faults. If your CCTV system fails or is damaged, we aim to have an engineer on site within 4 hours during business hours, and the next morning for overnight faults. Emergency out-of-hours call-outs are also available.
